Spond App: How to pay a payment request

When you receive a payment request from a group admin, you can pay it in the app on spond.com/login or through the email if you receive notifications by email.

  1. In the app or on spond.com you will see a notification on "payments" at the top of the menu, press this.

    1. The payment request will contain information about what it is for and when it's due. You can also send a message to the admin who has sent the request.

  2. Press "pay" / "go to payment"

  3. There are three ways to pay

    1. Visa card or credit card

      2. Press "Pay"

    2. Apple Pay - You need to have Apple Pay installed on your phone, Apple pay do not work on spond.com, only on your phone.

      1. Choose Apple Pay

      2. Follow the normal setup for apple pay by double clicking on your right button or using Face ID.

    3. Google Pay - You need to have Google Pay installed on your phone, Google Pay do not work on spond.com, only on your phone.

      1. Choose Google pay

      2. Follow the normal setup for apple pay by double clicking on your right button or using Face ID.

  4. When the payment is completed, you can find the receipt under Payments > Performed payment.
