Invite to group with link (group code)

Group code is an alternative way of inviting members to your group.

With group code enabled, members can ask to join the group without the administrator having to add their details first. Each group is given a unique code/link that can be shared with those who should have access and can only be used in the app. Read more about how the code works for the members.

You, as admin can find and activate the group link by (either in the app or on web) going into the group and to the member tab and 'invite to group with link.' (picture 1) When you share this link with someone they will get a code they can type into the app under the groups tab to request access to the group (picture 2). You as admin will then be able to approve or decline the membership request.

If a guardian has multiple children in the same group they need to input the code in the app for each child they would like to add to the group. Guardians can also add other guardians when they register their child.

Tip: If the members of your group are asking for a group code even though you have already added them as members you should check to make sure they have registered with the same contact details that you have added them to the group with.
