How will payments be processed?
All entry fees for prize competitions will be collected and processed by Spond.
How much will my organisation receive?
Spond will pay your organisation for marketing the individualised Spot the Ball game you set up in the Spond app. The amount is calculated based on the total amount of funds raised from the prize competition, minus the value of the prizes supplied by Spond and fees payable to Spond.
How quickly will my organisation receive this payment?
You should expect to receive payment within 30 days of the closing date of the prize competition.
Will payments made by Spond include VAT, if applicable?
All payments made by Spond are inclusive of any VAT payable by your organisation. It is your responsibility to determine whether you are required to account for VAT or other taxes relating to your provision of marketing services of a prize competition for this campaign.
How will my group be paid by Spond?
Payment will be made to the account details provided when the prize competition was set up.
